Daniel Lybaert is born in

Belgium in 1947 and lives in the Netherlands since 1973.

In theeighties he became jury member of international photo contests in Belgium,theNetherlands and France. He was chairman and co-founder of Photo Club WestZeeuws Vlaanderen - Oostburg (NL) and Photo ClubDow -Terneuzen (NL). He ismember of Phoro Club  Olympdia Lembeek (B).Daniel won more than 350 awards and got over 3.000 acceptations in print andslides categories granting him the EFIAP platine distinction in 1998 and thePSA Galaxy 4 distinction in color slides.
