第 26 届 FIAP 彩色印刷双年展由 PAGB 主办，PAGB 代表英格兰、苏格兰、威尔士、北爱尔兰、海峡群岛和马恩岛的摄影俱乐部。不过，由于历史原因，PAGB 的两个地方联合会，即苏格兰和威尔士联合会，仍是 FIAP 的独立会员。PAGB 上一次举办 FIAP 彩色印刷双年展是在 1998 年。FIAP 很高兴能与 PAGB 董事会合作，该董事会以专业的方式完成了许多任务，协助各国联合会参赛，以确保尽可能多的参赛者。

The 26th FIAP Colour Print Biennial has beenhosted by PAGB, who represent photographic clubs from England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, the Channel Isles and the Isle of Man. Two of PAGB's local federations, the Scottish and Welsh, for historical reasons, do however enjoy separate membership of FIAP. PAGB last organized a FIAP Colour Print Biennial in 1998. It has been a pleasure for FIAP to work with the PAGB Board, which has carried out its many tasks in a fine professional manner, assisting national federations with their entries, to ensure as many participants as possible.

This biennial enjoys many excellent collections from around the world, and FIAP congratulates the winners of the national competition, and the winners of the individual prizes.

We thank all participating countries for their contribution to make this an important international photographic event, and we hope that in the future we shall see even more collections in our FIAP Biennials.
